Not so long ago, the "artificial intelligence" (AI) phrase was something from the realm of science fiction and we perceived human-computer chess confrontations as something one-time and exceptional.  But today, the neural network makes it possible to reach heights previously inaccessible to humans, and already entire nations are engaged in a race of AI weapons, which Cambridge researchers Stephen Cave (Director, Leverhulme Centre for the Future of Intelligence at University of Cambridge) and Sean O hEigeartaigh (Director, AI: Futures and Responsibility Programme at University of Cambridge) called one of the most likely causes of World War III .  The U.S. Department of Defense uses the "Command: Modern Operations" game with powerful artificial intelligence, where the precise parameters of combat equipment (type of missile range, speed of aircraft) can be adjusted, and the AI plays millions of combat scenarios to find the most effective combination of forces and their
